My Journey:

From Vision to Victory

At 27, a vivid dream changed the course of my life. I found myself beneath a majestic tree on a serene mountainside, sharing a tranquil moment with Jesus. The beauty of that encounter ignited a passion within me—a calling to capture this divine vision on canvas. With unwavering faith and no prior experience, I embraced the paintbrush, eager to bring this revelation to life.

 

In the spring of 2019, an unexpected adversary emerged. Debilitating back pain led to a diagnosis that shook me to my core: stage 4 breast cancer. In an instant, my world was upended, and the future seemed uncertain. Yet, amidst the turmoil, I found solace in reflecting upon my past challenges, recognizing that even before this diagnosis, I had faced and overcome profound hardships. Through it all, Jesus had been my steadfast companion, offering strength and guidance.

 

Drawing upon this divine support, I embarked on a grueling journey of treatment. The physical pain was immense, but it unveiled deeper blessings and insights. Surrounded by a compassionate medical team and buoyed by the prayers of loved ones, I witnessed a miraculous transformation: my cancer entered remission.

 

However, the end of treatment did not signify the end of challenges. New struggles surfaced, ones that words alone couldn’t convey. In these moments, I turned to painting, rediscovering the vision that had once inspired me. Art became my sanctuary, a medium through which I channeled my emotions and connected deeply with the divine.

 

Each stroke of the brush became a prayer, a testament to the resilience of the human spirit and the boundless grace of God. Through my art, I aspire to reach those facing their own trials, offering a beacon of hope and a reminder that even in the darkest times, light prevails.
